How To Repair Access 2010 Runtime For Mac High Sierra

I have Access 2010 installed on my computer (32 bit). I have downloaded the Access 2010 Runtime.exe file to include in an install package. I accidently ran the 'Runtime' file which overrides my normal Access 2010 capabilities. I've run script from online to uninstall the Runtime and have even uninstalled and reinstalled the Microsoft Office Pro software thinking that this would work. There is still a link somewhere to the runtime file as I am unable to see/choose the 'Package Solution' option under the 'Save & Publish' menu option.

The moment the Runtime file had finished running, I tried to create an Install Package via the Package Solution but was unable to see that option available. I have tried going in add/remove programs, Microsoft Access, Add-ins/Packages to run the add in's but with no luck. Hello, Welcome to the MSDN forum.
